Preorder Policy

Orders must be placed by Thursday morning for Friday's market (may vary, ask your vendor).

Shoppers

Order Online or By Phone

Contact your desired vendor from the list on the our farmers page. Farmers without websites, online pages or google docs have provided a phone number so you can order by phone. Please arrive between 4:00 and 5:00 if you are at higher risk of infection (such as the elderly, or those with weakened immune systems or respiratory conditions).

Pay or Prepay

Meet your vendor at the market to pay for and pick up your order, or prepay when you order online or by phone.  All curbside delivered orders to your waiting car must be prepaid; ask your vendor for payment arrangements.

Curbside Delivery

Prepaid orders can be brought to your car by a market volunteer; please park in the clearly marked “Preorder Pick-Up” parking area, and a masked volunteer will deliver your order to you. You will need to provide the purchase order number or a printed receipt you were given when you paid online or by phone. Please remain in your car while waiting for your prepaid order.

Regular Vendors

You may provide a way for shoppers to order goods at the market under the governor’s current guidelines* due to Covid-19. If you are able to accept prepayment, volunteers from the market will deliver your bagged and clearly number-marked orders.

Please keep all orders in a dedicated area of your lot to allow the volunteer to access them quickly. Keeping orders cool/cold is the vendor’s responsibility.

Orders must be given a purchase order number from you in order to identify and to track which orders have been delivered to waiting cars. The first two numbers are your lot numbers (see manager for a weekly map map).  You must email a list of these purchase order numbers to the market no later than 5:00 pm, the Thursday immediately prior to each Friday’s market. These orders will be dispersed to volunteers, please clearly mark each bagged order with a purchase order number.

The market and its volunteers are in no way responsible for lost, missing, or accidentally mislaid orders. You may also work out your own delivery system with shoppers. Please provide your own staff to help disperse orders if you expect a high number of orders.
