INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs spätzle
1 lb cooked GPO* sausage
1/2 lb peppered bacon, cooked
1 TBSP butter
Garlic salt to taste
*that's Green Pepper and Onion sausage, sold by Dan Reap
DIRECTIONS:
Saute spätzle in a frying pan with butter until fluffy and slightly browned. Add cooked sausage and bacon until heated through. Add a pinch of garlic salt.
